When Mahesh Bhatt entered the 'Bigg Boss 5' house to meet adult film star Sunny Leone and discuss his daughter Pooja Bhatt’s 'Jism 2' with her, there was a lot of speculation about her reaction to the movie offer. Now, we hear that the meeting between Bhatt Senior and Sunny has gone well. She has agreed to be a part of 'Jism 2'. Things will now move to the next level, with Pooja's production house, Fish Eye Network and Sunny’s agent discussing the movie further.

This is the first time that a movie offer is being discussed inside the 'Bigg Boss' house, and Mahesh Bhatt was extremely cautious about discussing the details of the script in front of the cameras. He, instead, gave Sunny a brief about the role that she would be portraying on screen, which is of a woman who transcends from the ‘body’ to the ‘soul’.

Talking about his meeting with Sunny Leone, Mahesh Bhatt said, “Sunny has technically said yes to work in 'Jism 2'. The next steps will be taken by Pooja and her production house – Fish Eye Network - who will discuss the offer and its legalities with Sunny’s agent to make it final. When I first met Sunny, I did not see any flicker of recognition in her eyes and I was glad about that because it allowed me to see different shades of her character and personality. During my interaction with her, I have gotten a glimpse of her uninhibited self and I am very impressed by what I have seen.”

During the course of his visit to the Bigg Boss House, that lasted close to six hours, Mahesh Bhatt not only chatted with Sunny, but also with the other housemates. He spoke to the contestants about human behaviour and the tendencies which makes them react to situations in the way that they do.

Bhatt was apparently impressed with Sunny Leone and the way she conducts herself not only among fellow contestants (who continue to remain unaware about her profession), but also her personality on the whole.

Vidya Balan

The temperature in Dubai just got a lot hotter courtesy the stars of 'The Dirty Picture'. The team was in Dubai on December 1 for a press meet and the red-carpet premiere of the movie, and that's where Masala.com caught up with Vidya Balan, Emraan Hashmi and Tusshar Kapoor.

Looking as gorgeous as always, Vidya was her lively and bubbly self as she talked about the movie and role that's making waves across T'town. Emraan seemed like he was still in character and was rather sombre during our interview. Bright-eyed Tusshar was adorable and charming.

Different as they are, the trio make a fabulous team and they got in the spirit of their characters by performing to the movie's chartbuster ‘Ooh La La’. Here's more with the stars of 'The Dirty Picture'

VIDYA BALAN

Tell us more about your role in the movie.
My character Silk is a dancing star who is the kind of person who lives life to the fullest and uses her sexuality to move ahead in life. It’s not a juicy or a meaty role, it’s a ‘meat's got juice’ role.

Were you ever hesitant about playing such a bold role in 'The Dirty Picture’?

I did not hesitate because the role demanded it. I trusted the director completely because I knew he would make me look sexy and not sleazy.

Who was your role model for the movie?
I did not take inspiration from one particular character but rather did my research on the mannerisms of South Indian actresses and played my character accordingly.

Who was the most entertaining person on the sets of 'The Dirty Picture'?

Our cinematographer. He wouldn’t stop making jokes and having fun on the sets.

What was the funniest thing that happened on the sets?

There's a scene where Tusshar is blindfolded and sitting on a chair. I pushed him to the ground instead. During the entire scene, Tusshar did not remove his blindfold because he thought this was a spontaneous scene and wanted to give his real reaction.

Describe 'The Dirty Picture' producer Ekta Kapoor in 3 words

Market-savvy, a visionary, and creatively aggressive.

Whats the boldest thing you've done in your life?
The Dirty Picture

If you hadn’t accepted the role, who do you think would have been best suited for it?

That role was only mine and was for no one else.

EMRAAN HASHMI

Tell us more about your role in the movie
In the past I have played the role of the romancer. But in this film I have handed the responsibility over to Tusshar and Naseeruddin Shah. This character is extremely different from the ones I have played in the past because in my previous films I have always loved my leading lady and in this movie I hate her.

What was it like acting with a powerhouse like Naseeruddin Shah?

It was like going to acting school. It was mostly selfish on my part because I wanted to learn as much as I could from him.

Whats the boldest thing you've done in your life?

If you see my past films, you’ll figure it out

TUSSHAR KAPOOR

Tell us more about your role in the movie
I play the role of a lost and struggling actor who tries to make it big in life. While looking for a professional break he gets the chance to meet Silk and instead is offered a personal break.

Did you take any inspiration from your dad Jeetendra for your role?

No, I didn’t. In fact, after my look was decided, many people told me that I resemble my father but that was purely a coincidence.

Whats the boldest thing you've done in your life?

There was a scene in ‘Kya Kool Hai Hum’ where i have a cat in my lap and I am playing with it. The scene was shot in such a way that it doesn’t look very appropriate.
