Fortunately, Veena isn’t going to try her stunts in the political arena. The politician avatar is just for her maiden item song in Bollywood. The song titled ‘Channo’ for the movie ‘Gali Gali Chor Hai’ sees Veena don the role of a political campaigner who has to use more than words to entice the public to get votes for her party.
Incidentally, Veena’s ‘Channo’ is getting a lot of attention from fans and the media alike for reasons other than just the lyrics or the catchy tune. Not only has she worn revealing costumes in the song but also sported chunky, dazzling jewelry including a nose ring called the Nathani that has caught everyone’s attention.
Whether it was sporting a controversial tattoo for her infamous photo shoot or wearing traditional jewelry and little else for a song, Veena knows how to attract attention.
